One thing I like about having time off from work is having time to cook! I have a crazy busy life so one of my priorities is to make sure that I can just package my food and take it on the go, mainly for work. I realize that these dishes are entirely separate, but I try to vary what I eat because lame redundancy is a very dangerous thing when it comes to a healthy diet.
I discovered a great way to store my food for later through Pyrex glassware. It’s pretty awesome that I can just bake my food (ranging from pastas to chicken) and once done, let it cool, put away for later then heat it up to eat later. I’m never going to buy plastic Tupperware ever again!
Here’s what I made:
- Baked Mac ‘n Three Cheese with Broccoli, Caramelized Garlic and Onion and Panko Crumbs
- Baked Chicken Wings and Thighs rubbed in spices and garlic and glazed with Sweet ‘n Spicy sauce
